58 year old female augmentation mastopexy for breast asymmetry

This 58 year old patient’s complaint was asymmetrical breast size. Dr Sandercoe performed a unilateral mastopexy and a bilateral augmentation, using Mentor anatomical moderate profile 315cc implants in a dual plane (under the muscle and breast gland) pocket.

Mastopexy (breast lift) is a procedure that lifts the nipple and reshapes the breast with the intent of minimising the volume or weight removed.
